KobeOFF is switching to a new real estate sales model starting December 9th.

To address the problem of unscrupulous consumers in Adjara, KobeOFF has decided that, starting December 9, 2024, individuals wishing to work with us must grant our company the exclusive right to sell and advertise their real estate and movable property. This means that sellers and owners will no longer be allowed to sell their property independently or work with other agents. In addition, property owners will be required to allow potential clients, who are introduced by KobeOFF agents, to view the real estate and movable property without the presence or supervision of the owner.
