KobeoFF suspends legal status in Georgia

Due to the decision of the Revenue Service of December 12, 2024, Kobeoff is forced to cease operations in the Georgian market and cancel all current orders.
We would like to thank you for your trust and apologize for such an unexpected decision and the inconvenience caused to us.
This decision was made solely and exclusively due to the unfair circumstances that the Ministry of Finance and the Revenue Service have implemented around our organization9.
Starting in 2025, KobeoFF will start operating with a new legal entity and a non-Georgian bank.
